Conservative MPs who voted for £30 a week cuts in benefits for disabled people have asked today for people to stop naming them on social media so they can continue to claim huge expenses and lie about giving a shit.
London Mayoral candidate Zac Goldsmith angrily hit back that there were any conflicts of interest in his patronage of a disability charity. “What’s £30 anyway? I claim that for my pre-dinner drinks on a week-night. But putting it on twitter makes it look like a lot. It’s completely unfair and unrepresentative. People need to stop noticing these things.”
Indeed the sentiment has been echoed throughout the country amongst MPs made to feel mean by people noticing that they voted to effectively withdraw support from some of the most vulnerable people in society.
Nick Boles MP who claimed over £140,000 in expenses last year said that he was shocked, outraged and appalled that his name had been plastered over Facebook.
“Facebook should be ashamed of themselves. What about that tax deal we did for them? I’m off to voice my indignation to other like minded people over an evening of publicly funded champagne and canapés.”
Portsmouth South MP, Flick Drummond, said “I care deeply. When I was out having dinner in a Michelin starred restaurant recently, on parliamentary business and subsequently claiming the whole thing on expenses, I considered the plight of disabled people and one solitary tear rolled down my cheek, at least metaphorically. I had to ask the waiter to wipe it from my cheek with a gold embossed napkin. Then I came up with a snide comment about them probably causing the 2007 credit crunch through their laziness, threw my head back and laughed like a horse. But that’s no reason to put my picture on Facebook along with facts about my voting habits.”
they all should be ashamed the lot of them name and shame the lot of them .
Each and everyone of these mp’s are overpaid lazy SCUM I hope they become terminally ill so they suffer a little of what the disabled go through every day.
They think they can vote for these cuts and remain anonymous well tough shit, lets see how many votes they get next time, hopefully zero.
Leave the disable alone haven’t they got enough worries without you lot adding to it why don’t you just cut the £30 out of your wagers im sure you could just about get by with the amount you claim name and shame them all
I thought newstoad was satirical? This is real…..I have great difficulty working out what is real and what is made up nowadays because our society has become so fascist – Where’s Robin of Sherwood?
hahahahahaha karma just loves you xx
scumbags, each and every one of you.
All parties MP’s need to be reminded that they were voted in to represent the people , not to feather their own pockets or do their own thing, Very few can actually say that is what they do
Yes!!
If they think what they did was OK, what have they got to be ashamed of?
Being wrong!
Reblogged this on sdbast.
Why? Be proud of you convictions and explain reasons for them to your voters. The people YOU represent and work for!
Reblogged this on markcatlin3695's Blog.
You people are evil… You would deny the most disabled more help and you would demonise those that would help them!!!
Reblogged this on stewilko's Blog and commented:
Horrible, nasty individuals
Share it around,people,
stop their expenses and 2nd home allowance hit their pockets let them know how it feels
name them and shame them, if they think its right why do they want their names hiding, well worth writing your own mp down so you dont vote for them again, they forget we elect them and we can just as well not vote for them My M.P. Graham Stringer didn’t vote for it
Disabled people need every Penny ……..Start cutting the BANKERS SALARIES along with MP’s whom to date remain immune ……the benefit cost cutters NEED TO BE NAMED AND SHAMED

It’s obvious you have documentary evidence! Please show it? I’m saddened you list Jacob Rees-Mogg particularly! Do you know him personally or professionally? I’m very upset that so many of my friends will be financially challenged but, your post does not help in any way. Do something constructive instead of you written sarcasm.
There is documentary evidence. It’s a factual list of MPs who voted for cuts in disability benefit. Anyone can access it. Jacob Rees-Mogg is on the list because he voted for the cuts. The other MPs are on the list because they voted for the cuts. I hope that clears things up for you.
If they don’t want their names to appear on a list of people who voted to take away from those with the least and who need help the most them it is really simples! They should not vote to do this and their name will not appear on the list.
Not only should they be named, their addresses should be published as well. Give ISIS their addresses and let them deal with these Ar*eholes instead of picking on the innocent.
It is only if, and when, they themselves become disabled, that they will know what they have done to those already suffering from disabilities. Shame on you, all who voted for this. Many with disabliities are already poor as well as suffering with things they cannot alter. You able-bodied don’t have much feeling for others, do you, where is your caring?
ha ha stop naming them ahahaahaha hell no all should be named and shamed disgusting rats that you are, how about you stop self indulging your own pockets with tax payers money then. and you lot think you have the audacity to say, stop name you get lost. you have no right, you so called work for the people if you call what you work. we don’t work for you. so name and shame the lot of you free loading scum. the names of them are.

Jackie Doyle-Price oh im sorry did i name the scum bags what a shame, scum. all the name of the scummy mp’s people that said the £30 a week cut was ok.
Wow, totally agree with you, name and shame them all, utter uncaring self righteous scum,no faith in the Tory government anyway.
. First they closed Remploy, where disabled people could earn their own money , Then they began skimming benefits, paying millions to ATOS to cut people’s benefits and now they are taking another £30 from the disabled. They are trying their best to wipe out the disabled and the poor. Hitler did the same. Where will they strike next? The mentally ill perhaps? Disabled foetus’s one of them suggested should be aborted. C’mon folks, waken up and smell the dangers. Get rid of these ignorant immoral parasites.
“the mentally ill”? Already happening. Try explaining an invisible illness like clinical depression or severe anxiety to the uncaring clowns at ATOS and their ilk.
totally agree they are the new face of the modern fascist nazi party no wonder cameron wants us to stay in seen as it was a nazi idea the common market takeover by stealth because the force didnt work
keep naming them, more we find out, the better. its not the MP’S choice in this option as they try to over rule us by are own disability of any kind
Why? MPs be proud of you convictions and explain reasons for them to your voters. The people YOU represent and work for!

How much more does ther poor have to hive to bail out these bastards with the bedroom tax taking 15 to 25 pounds per week and now this, its time to kick this lot of rich blue eyed boys out they could not organise a piss up in a pub even if the beer was free all rich well off toffs the bloody lot of them.
I wonder how they would react if they were told there wages were being cut? well pissed off I would say, why cant they leave the benefits alone, as the people who are disabled have enough on there plate with out worrying about how they are going to be able to live.
bastards
as a disabled person I feel you should be named so disabled people no who not to vote in I worked 4 jobs at one time to raise my children did not claim anything now at 50 I got MS then cancer I paid in now you pay out I feel its mine how dare you cut my benefits
“What’s £30 anyway? I claim that for my pre-dinner drinks on a week-night. But putting it on twitter makes it look like a lot. It’s completely unfair and unrepresentative. People need to stop noticing these things,” says Zac Goldsmith. Well we do notice, and if you think £30 is nothing, then quit claiming it and pay out of your own pocket, you overpaid, jumped-up, snob…
Zac Goldsmith you piece of garbage you have no idea how the less well off and disabled get through life, i have never met you but I hate you, hate your remarks and hate what you stand for. The one good thing is like all of us you will eventually die and that will be a blessing to the less well off, the poor and the disabled.
Many a true word…….
I’m so happy to hear that the scumbags who voted for this are upset over being named and shamed. Hopefully all will be voted out of office next election.
Yes!,we need to know who they are so that we do not vote for them again at election time.
Why shouldn’t they be named. I think all MP’s votes for any laws/bills should be posted so that we can see how honest they are !!.
I agree these vile lot in Government do nothing but take from the poorest and vulnerable in society…naming and shaming these MP’s will teach them a very good lesson indeed

Can the people who elected these selfish self centered bastards to govern us please have a rethink. They earn fortunes in pay and expenses and expect the rest of us including doctors and all health service workers and all those on minimum wages and zero hour contracts to take what has in effect been a major cut in earnings and living standards.without complaining. They lie at every opportunity about the state of the nations finances never admitting that the rich are getting richer and the poor..much poorer.Name and shame[if thats possible]every one of them.
